Keto Halloween Eggy Spiders#SurndayFunday

What do you experience when you see spiders.. does your skin crawl or do you panic! But these edible keto eggy spiders are delight quick and easy to make. Having a Halloween party, you could even get your guests to help decorate and create these spidery snack.
Ingredients
6 large Eggs -  boiled
18 Black Olives
1 Teaspoon Chilly powder
Method
Peel and halve the boiled eggs lengthwise. If the eggs have been freshly boiled, allow them to cool first.
Cut all the black olives in half, lengthwise to form the bodies of the spiders. Cut some of the halves into semi-circular lengths, to form the spider legs. Arrange an olive half, with three legs either side on top of each egg half.
Sprinkle with chilly powder, serve, and enjoy the Halloween fun of your eggy spiders.

Halloween Chicken Worms Nuggets#SundayFunday

A crisp, crunchy Halloween Chicken Worms Nuggets are kids staple. They will love these and make perfect fun Halloween party snacks.

Ingredients
For The Chicken Marination
250 Grams Chicken - cut into cubes
½ Teaspoon Level Tandoori Masala
½ Teaspoon Level Red chilly powder
½ Tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Level Salt or to taste
1 Egg 
2 Tablespoons Heaped Corn Flour
For The Coating
2 Packets Instant Noodles Oil for frying

Method
Boil the noodles along with masala packet that's inside and cook them just 50% or take just one boil. Immediately drain the noodles. Keep aside to cool.

Add the corn flour and mix well so that the noodles are coated.
Cut chicken into cubes. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate this for 30 minutes.
Take a piece of chicken and roll in noodles. Then press nicely with hands. Refrigerate them till ready to fry. Heat oil in deep frying pan. Fry them in hot oil till golden.
Halloween Chicken Worm Nuggets a are ready.

Whiskey Sour Mocktail#SundayFunday

This non-alcoholic take on a whiskey sour, made with Assam leaf tea for a bourbon-like flavor. It’s so refreshing and a perfect non-alcoholic alternative for a cocktail.

This whiskey sour mocktail has all the refreshing flavors of the traditional cocktail but without any alcohol! The combination of tart lemon has a delicious flavor profile that can be enjoyed at any time of day. Thanks to non-alcoholic whiskey, this mocktail is about as close as you can get to the real thing!
Serves One
Ingredients

25Ml Lemon Juice
½ Egg White
¾ Tablespoons sugar syrup, or to taste
Ice Cubes
1 Lemon Slice or Orange Slice to serve
For the infusion
½ Teaspoon Assam Tea Leaves
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract - optional

Method 
First, make the infusion. Tip the tea leaves into a heatproof teapot or jug and pour over 150ml boiled water from the kettle. Immediately strain through a fine mesh sieve into a second heatproof jug, discarding the tea leaves, so the tea doesn’t become too strong. Add the vanilla ( I did not add this) and leave to cool.

Pour 150ml of the cooled tea infusion into a cocktail shaker, then add the lemon juice, egg white, sugar syrup ( I did not add and it tasted just as good) and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. 
Strain the mocktail into an ice-filled tumbler, then garnish with a slice of lemon or a orange slice, to serve in the style of a classic whiskey sour.

My Notes 
I did not add any sugar syrup and it tasted just as good. Loved this drink.

Bloody Eye Balls In Blood Red Tomato Sauce#SundayFunday

These Halloween Bloody Eye Balls and really yummy and serve this at a party and your guests will enjoy this party appetizer. 
I have used homemade fresh paneer- check the recipe here

Ingredients 
200 Grams  Homemade Paneer -  grated 
3-4. Green Olives, cut in thick slices 
3-4, Black Olives, cut in small rounds 
1-2 Teaspoons Milk or Water  - See Notes
½ Cup Tomato Sauce or Ketchup - See Notes 
Oil for greasing hands 

Method
Cut green olives in thick slices and black olives in small rounds. Fit black olives in the green olives slices.  
Grate paneer and knead a soft dough by adding very little milk, as required. 
Grease hands with oil and make paneer balls and flatten them slightly. 
Carefully at any blood red color sauce on top of the balls.  
Now add the olives to look like retina rings. 
Serve as a snack or and appetizers to kids and adults in your Halloween party or place them in on a bed of Blood Red Tomato Sauce!!

My Notes

Since I have used sugar free homemade Tomato Sauce add a tablespoon fresh beetroot paste to get that bloody red color to the sauce.

If you are making the balls with homemade paneer there is no need to add water or milk while making the balls.

Halloween Blood Bundt#BundtBakers

Blood Bundt is perfect for a Halloween party. This bundt cake is light, soft and buttery. I took this bundt for my friends house warming party. This was served as a dessert. It's a crowd pleaser! But incidentally my red blood turned pink, it not's so red enough😂!!

Ingredients
1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
½ Tablespoon Baking Powder
113 Grams Salted Butter
1 Cup Caster Sugar
2 Large Eggs
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¾ Cup Buttermilk
For The Blood Glaze
1½ Cup Icing Sugar
½ Tablespoon Milk
Red Food Coloring - as required

Method
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Butter a 7" bundt pan generously with butter, then set aside.In a bowl, sieve together flour, baking powder.
In another bowl beat together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Now add the eggs one at a time, mixing each before adding the next.
Fold in the dry ingredients in 3 batches with a spatula alternating with the butter milk, to the batter. Continue alternating between the dry ingredients and the buttermilk until all have been added and batter looks smooth fully incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick tester comes out clean.
Cool, the bundt and unmold it on to a wire rack. 
When cooled completely then we cut the top of the cake to level it. 
For The Blood Glaze
In a large bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and red food coloring. If desired, add more red food coloring for a deeper color. The consistency of the glaze should be thick enough that it’s not too drippy (so add the milk a little at a time) but liquid enough that it will fall down the cake.

On a large plate and then keep the wire rack on top. Place the bundt cake on it.
Pour the glaze in a piping bag and drizzle the glaze on top of the bundt. Let the glaze harden before slicing it. So let it set.
Slice & Enjoy!!

Halloween Ghost Hardboiled Eggs#Sunday Funday

These spooky Halloween Ghost Hardboiled Eggs are packed in protein. They are so cute and easy to make. These are perfect for a snack, lunch box or even for breakfast. To give these a nice yellow look for the eyes and mouth I used yellow gel color since the yolks were not that dark yellow that I wanted.
Hardboiled eggs
Knife
A Standard size straw
A Milkshake size straw
A Drop Yellow Gel Color
Method
First, slice the bottom off of the eggs so they can stand upright without toppling.
Then, take your milk sized straw and insert it right where you imagine the ghost’s eyes to go – toward the narrow (top) end of the oval
Insert the straw just through the outer white portion of the egg and stop before you hit the firm yolk
twist the straw around so it carves out a circle
pull the straw out at a slight angle so the circle that you just carved out of the white part remains inside the straw as you pull it out of the egg (you’re essentially creating a vacuum effect with the straw)
squeeze the egg that is inside the straw out onto your work surface and repeat for more ghost eyes
Mouth
Use your regular sized straw for the mouth of the ghost
I like to squeeze the straw a little to shape it into an oval for the ghost’s mouth. 
Repeat the same procedure from above. That’s it! 
The Halloween Ghost Hardboiled Eggs are done. What a fun exercise.

Cheesy Halloween Breadstick Bones#BreadBakers

Make a spooky snack to your Fright Night bash with a quick and easy recipe for soft Cheesy Halloween Breadstick Bones.

Makes 6 Breadstick Bones
Ingredients
100 Grams Bread flour
8 Grams Caster Sugar
1.5 Grams Salt
1.5 Grams Instant Yeast
65 Ml + - Water
8 Grams Butter
Shredded Cheese as needed

Method
In a bowl add the flour sugar, salt, yeast and mix well, then add the water mix well and knead to a soft smooth dough. Then add the butter and stretch the dough and fold it till butter is fully incorporated and the dough is smooth and soft. Cling wrap the bowl and leave to rise till double.
Deflate the dough and divide it into 6 equal pieces 
roll it into a smooth ball and cover , leave it aside for 10 minutes to rest.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Lightly flour your work surface.
Roll each ball into rope slightly larger on the ends. Arrange the breadsticks, spacing them at leas 2 inches apart.
Using scissors, cut a 1-inch slit on the ends of each breadstick and gently stretch each of the cut pieces apart to form the ends of the bones. 
Like wise make all and place them on the lined baking tray. 
Let it rise till double in volume, brush water.  
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. 
Bake 190°C for 15 minutes. 
Remove the breadsticks from the oven and serve them warm with marinara sauce for dipping or along with a soup of your choice.

Monster Bundt Cake#BundtBakers

A super fun and easy Halloween Monster Bundt Cake! All you need is a few ingredients to make this fun Monster Bundt Cake and most important is candy eyeballs which are homemade! I have used my Homemade Chocolate Cake.
For The Homemade Chocolate Cake Mix 
Dry Ingredients
200 Grams All Purpose Flour
20 Grams Corn Flour
400 Grams Caster Sugar
90 Grams Cocoa powder ( Dutch Process)
7 Grams Baking powder
7 Grams Baking soda
3 Grams Salt
Wet Ingredients
3 Small Eggs Or 2 Large
125 ML Vegetable Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
200 ML Warm Coffee
To Make The Butter Milk
225 ML Whole Milk
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
Other Ingredients
For The White Icing /Glaze
3 Cups Icing Sugar
Milk as required
½ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Coloring Orange, Purple, Green
For Homemade Candy Eyeballs
White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Edible Black Color

Method
For The Homemade Chocolate Cake Mix
Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. 
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months or until ready to use.
When Ready To Bake
Preheat oven to 170°C. Prepare two 8-inch round cake pans or a 10 cup Bundt mold.
Whisk butter milk, oil, eggs, coffee and vanilla in a large bowl until well mixed and slightly frothy.
Add the dry mix and whisk until just barely combined and smooth (do not over mix). This is a liquidy batter. 
Pour cake batter in a well greased Bundt pan. Bake 60 - 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean (baking time depends on the pan size). 
Allow to cool completely then invert onto a plate.
For The White Icing /Glaze
Make the icing in a large bowl. Divide frosting into three/four bowls and add a different color of food coloring to each.
Add color to the glaze by mixing in a few drops of food coloring.
Place each icing in a piping bag and cut a tiny hole in one of the corners. Drizzle frosting over the cake. Repeat with remaining colors.
For Homemade Candy Eyeballs
Melt the white and dark chocolate as required. Pour this into a small piping. Take a plastic sheet, pipe the white dots, when it cools place a dark chocolate dot on top. Let this cool completely. With a tooth pick make a black dot on top of the dark chocolate.
My suggestion the black dot remains wet even after a day of drying, so mix it with the dark chocolate and then make a black dot. When I was placing the eyes on the cake the black color smudges.
 Add eyeballs all over the cake immediately after adding the frosting. 
Serve and Enjoy!
