These bread rolls are just sliced bread flattened with a rolling pin or a clean beer bottle which can be used as a substitute, to make it ‘rollable’. These are so delicious and irresistible, you can't stop at one.

Salt to taste
½ Cup Boiled & Mashed Potato
1 Teaspoon Oil
1 Egg - Beaten
Sriracha Sauce as required

To Steam The Fish
Washed the fish properly, then steam for 7 -10 minutes
Use a colander and wrap the fish in a clean cloth, then steam for 7 -10 minutes. Let it cool down completely, then flake it.
For The Filling
In a pan heat a teaspoon of oil, sauté the onions till translucent. Then add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté till it starts to release an aroma, then add the flaked fish, chilly flakes and oregano, sauté for a minute or two, then add the salt to taste, coriander and mint leaves, mix well, switch off the flame.
Add the mashed potato and mix it well. The filling is ready.
To Make The Rolls
Take big slices bread, cut the edges.
Roll the slice with a glass bottle or rolling pin.
Squeeze a line of Sriracha sauce
then place the filling on one end.
Then start to make a tight roll.
Apply beaten egg at the edge or wet the edge with your finger, so that the edges will stick properly.
Like wise make rest of the rolls.
Shallow fry the rolls on medium high flame till golden on all sides.
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.

Cheesy Potato Chips Skillet Pie#SundayFunday

There is no better classic combo than potato and cheese. This cheesy potato chip pie is so easy to make, just whisk all the ingredients in a bowl to make a smooth sauce, arrange the potato chips in the base of skillet and just pour all the prepared sauce, garnish and it's ready to bake. No cooking or cutting and chopping.
This pairing is a real crowd pleaser and kids delight no matter whatever form it's made. This recipe uses plain potato chips and 2 types of cheese. I have used cheddar and provolone cheese, you can substitute provolone with mozzarella cheese. Since it is made in a cast iron skillet it requires not plating.

Serves One
5" Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients

½ Cup Fresh Cream/Cooking Cream
½ Cup Plain Thick Yogurt
½ Cup Mayonnaise -With Egg ** See My Notes
1 Egg
Plain Potato Chips - as required - I used Lay's
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
½ Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese or Mozzarella
½ Teaspoon Paprika powder
½ Teaspoon Fresh Dill
¼ Teaspoon Thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chopped Scallion/Green Onions for garnish
Butter - as required to grease the skillet
Sour Cream to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 170˚C. Grease a 5-inch pie pan/cast iron pan.
Mix both the grated cheddar and provolone cheese and keep aside.
In a very large bowl whisk together cream, yogurt, egg, mayonnaise and spices.
Arrange the potato chips to fit the base of skillet.
Pour the creamy sauce oven the chips, lifting the chips gently with a spoon so that sauce seeps to the base of the skillet.
Spread all the cheese on top.
Sprinkle scallion green on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese on top is beginning to brown. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and En..joyy!!
This serves one as a complete meal and it’s a rich comfort food. This was for my hubby and he enjoyed it!!
My Notes
If you do not have mayonnaise then add 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Wasabi Prawn On Air Fryer Sweet Potato Roundles#FishFriday

Japanese are very artistic when comes to the  serving  their food.  Wasabi prawns traditionally are deep fried, topped with the sauce, super delicious. As you bite into these appetizers you will feel the sweet and crispiness of the sweet potato, spicy, sharp taste of the horse radish and the tingling flavor of wasabi mayo.
They are blast of flavors in your mouth and you will not be able to stop at one or two, you'll stretch your hand to have more, that, I can assure you. So prepare more that you can imagine if you are making these for a party.

I have used Wasabi Mayo that comes in a tube which is a prepared paste. Do try these you will love them.

Ingredients
150 Grams Cleaned Prawns- tail shell intact and de-veined
3 Tablespoon Corn Flour
1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon salt
Oil required for deep frying

For Serving
Wasabi Mayo
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

Method
Wash and pat dry the prawns. In a bowl mix the lemon juice, salt, corn flour and red chilly powder well. Add the prawns and toss them well so that they are coated with flour. Keep them aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in small deep frying pan when hot, add only two prawns at a time and fry them for just two minutes on each side ( if you over fry them they will become rubbery and dry out, they will not be juicy) . So fry them in batches. Remove with a slotted spoon and keep aside on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
For serving
Arrange the sweet potato roundels in a serving plate, squeeze a teaspoon of the wasabi paste, place the prawns as shown in the pic. Pick and enjoy, makes perfect Amuse Bouche.
Serve warm with the wasabi dressing.

My Notes

Drain the prawns properly. They should be ''dry'' and not dripping in water when you begin. It is best to leave it in a colander for 10 minutes which will allow the water to drain and then pat it dry with kitchen paper before starting to fry.
