Nutella Babka Buns#BreadBakers

These Nutella Babka Buns are kind of similar to a braided bread. After braiding the dough, these made into a knot and ends are tucked inside the hole and pinching it together with the other end at the bottom.
These are incredibly delicious and soft. Try them and you will love these soft and chocolaty buns. Took these for our get together with friends.
Makes 7 Buns
Ingredients

⅓ Cup Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Honey
1½ Teaspoon Instant Yeast
2¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Large Egg
¼ Cup Milk powder
65 Grams Butter
Nutella as needed- for filling

Method
To Make The Dough
Mix honey with warm water and then sprinkle in yeast, leave for the yeast to activate.
In a mixing bowl, add in the rest of the ingredients except butter and nutella. Now add in the yeast mixture. Mix to incorporate and make a soft and smooth dough, knead for at least 10 minutes. While still kneading, add in butter bit by bit. Make sure it's incorporated before adding more. After all butter is added, knead for another 10 minutes.
Form dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl and cover the bowl tightly with a cling film. Leave the dough to rise until double in volume.

Shaping The Buns
Place dough on a lightly floured working surface and lightly knead it into a log. Cut into 7 equal pieces ( I weighed the dough and made equal pieces).
Form each piece into a ball.
Take a ball and press it into a rectangle. Roll it into a 5x8 inch, more or less.
Spread some Nutella on top, leaving the edges empty.
Roll it lengthwise.
Pinch the edges, to seal well.
Cut it lengthwise leaving, not all the way to the top.
Braid the 2 pieces of dough together, making sure the beautiful exposed layers of Nutella is on top. Stretch the braid into 10 inch (25 cm) length, more or less.
Bring both ends together, overlapping them and creating a hole in the middle. Bring one end into the hole like a knot and pinch it together with the other end at the bottom.
Place on a baking tray with a baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the balls.
Rest the dough for 30 minutes or until they puff up a bit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
When they're still slightly warm, brush them with butter. Place them in a cool rack to cool a little.
Serve these warm with a cup of tea or coffee, Enjoy!!

This Nutella Crepe is an easy and delicious with a rich chocolate hazelnut spread. Nutella is a rich, smooth, and creamy chocolaty spread, it's so delicious and finger licking.

½ Cup Milk
¾ Cup + - Water
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

A Pinch Of Salt
For The Filling
Nutella/Chocolate Hazelnut Spread As Required
For Garnishing
Sliced Strawberries
Chocolate Sauce

Method

Add all the ingredients for the crepe in a blender blend till smooth, check the consistency of the batter add water accordingly. Then strain the mixture for a smooth consistency. This will remove any lumps. Rest the batter for a least a 30 minutes to an hour.
After resting, the batter will thicken up, to ensure a thin consistency, whisk in a little water at a time. Heat a 10-inch nonstick pan over medium flame, grease it with desi ghee and wipe it clean with a kitchen paper towel.  Simply pour ¼ cup of batter into the bottom of the pan, lift, tilt, and quickly swirl to create a circular shape.
It only takes a minute to set on the stovetop, then lift it with your hand on to lightly greased plate.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, stack them on top of each other to keep warm.

Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella over each crepe.
Fold the crepe in half, then in fourths, so it resembles a fan/triangle. Likewise make rest of the crepes.
Then garnish the top with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce or whipped cream.

Nutella Strawberry Bread Roll Ups

These Strawberry Nutella Roll Ups are easy to make, are perfect for a breakfast, brunch or dessert. Serve these with ice cream for dessert and you will simply love these roll ups, with nutella, strawberry and top it icecream .....yum..

Ingredients

8 Slices White sandwich bread - crusts removed
12 Strawberries - sliced
5 Tablespoons Nutella
Butter for frying

Method

Use a rolling pin to roll the bread flat. This makes them easier to roll up.

Spread around 1/2 Tablespon or more of Nutella.

Arrange strawberries along the bottom of each piece of bread.

Roll up bread. The Nutella will keep it sealed.

Melt butter in pan over medium high heat. Place  each roll upin the pan. Repeat with remaining roll ups. Cook for around 2 - 3 minutes until each side is golden, rotating it.

Serve immediately, while warm.

My Notes:

Use fresh bread to make these or the will break while rolling. The bread that I have used is a day old, hence you can see cracks.

NUTELLA PARCELS

These are flaky and gooey nuttella parcels, wherein when you bite into it nutella oozes out. Simply yummy and delicious. These parcels I made for our evening tea. They were finished in jiffy. Try them and you too will enjoy.

While making these parcels I had a tough time.  Heat was too much and the pastry sheets were just melting and soft.  Had to refrigerate after every step.

Ingredients

5 Square Puff pastry sheets

For the filling

Nutella as required
1 egg + 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash

Method
To assemble the parcels:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Defrost the sheets and cut into squares (of one sheet I got 2 parcels) Top with a teaspoon of Nutella.

Brush edges with the egg wash. Top with the other half  and press to seal.

Use the back of a fork to press a decorative edge around the parcels.  Refrigerate them for at least half an hour.

Brush tops with egg was.  Bake until crust is golden. Let cool slightly and serve immediately.

These parcels are best had the day they are baked, but will keep at room temperature for a few days.
