Wasabi Dipping Sauce
Stir together all ingredients for dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.Cut chicken breast in strips.
Marinate chicken with vinegar , chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and oil leave it for 15 minutes.
In the meantime heat oil in a deep frying pan.
